HOW WE WORK
Let's not sugar coat it...this photographic experience is nothing like the traditional photography experience many of us have come to expect. FUREVER USA offers an immersive experience which begins the moment you discover the FUREVER USA brand and continues all the way through our annual book launch party at the end of the year. We promise, absolutely no sugar or artificial sweeteners here, we swear...it's something you HAVE TO experience...but we're going to do our best to answer any and all questions you might have here.
THE FUREVER EXPERIENCE
1) Schedule
- book your session-
Fill out the form on our contact page and we will call you during our next business hours to schedule your experience with one of our award winning photographers!
We have 3 different booking collections starting at $100 to get you started with your experience and secure your time with one of our studios. Your scheduling consultant can help you decide which one is best.
Our typical studio sessions are available from Monday - Friday at 10am and 1:30pm. Your photography and reveal sessions are on the same day for your convenience and include a 1 hour break in-between.
Sessions are by appointment only. Terms and conditions may apply at booking.
2) discovery
- before the camera -
About two weeks before your experience one of our team members will reach out to you and spend 15-20 minutes discovering what you love most about your fur-family!
During your call we’ll also answer any questions about products and help you discover the most meaningful locations to display your products.
If you would like your story to be considered for a feature on our blog, or in our yearly coffee table book project, we will send you a link after your discovery call, were you may write & submit your story for consideration.
3) photography
- IN STUDIO experience -
You'll get to celebrate and shower your fur-children with love with an award winning photographer at one of our FUREVER USA partner studios!
When you arrive for your session, the first thing we’ll do is give your dog time to investigate and warm up to the new setting and new people.
It is important to us to capture your dog’s true personality and the authenticity of your bond. Throughout your session, we’ll let you play, cuddle, and hang out like you normally would at home. We’ll be right alongside you, photographing the moments you love so much.
Photographing your fur-family takes between 45-60 min. Your in-studio Photography Experience and Reveal are done the same day with an hour break in-between.
4) reveal & design consutation
- DESIGN & ORDERING EXPERIENCE -
Your cinematic reveal & design session is scheduled to be the same day as your photography session. Shortly after your shoot, you will return to our studio where you can see your artwork come to life in front of you on the big screen.
We have a wide range of museum quality pieces, all hand printed in Italy with the highest quality of craftsmanship. You will have a chance to see, feel and hold samples of our fine art products, including FUREVER prints, Legacy Albums, Portrait Boxes, and our premium finish Wall Collections.
All orders are taken at the design appointment with a production time of 2-6 weeks for our production team to create your finished products. They are then checked for imperfections and are ready for pickup.
5) Delivery
- holding your artwork -
Your portraits will be available for pickup in your local studio within approximately 2-6 weeks of your order date.
One of our staff members will reach out to you via phone call or email to let you know when your order is ready.
6) Display
- YOUR living space -
All of your portraits will come ready to hang! Now, you’ll get to walk in the door every day and see the love of your life and the bond you share prominently on display in your home.
Your friends, family, and guests will get to see your family the way you see them every day! Our clients have found that their portraits are great conversation starters for sharing the joys of life with a dog.
7) impact
- YOUR COMMUNITY -
Our mission is to end the stigma of rescue animals as family members. We do this, in part, by donating 5% of proceeds from fine art purchases directly to that cause.
We also share select stories and photographs with the animal welfare community by gifting many of the stories and photographs back to shelters where so many of the stories began. They can use these photographs in their own marketing and community outreach programs!
At the end of each year we create a coffee table book that features select stories of rescue dog families. This book not only celebrates rescue relationships, but 100% of the profits from the sale of the books go directly back to causes and projects whose focus is to end the stigma of rescue animals across the United States.
